How much will a Disabled First Responders and Disabled Veterans Registry ID Card cost?
Veterans and first responders with disabilities are exempt from paying the application fee. The Arkansas Medical Cannabis Act (AMCA) stipulates that disabled veterans or disabled first responders are exempt from paying the application cost for a qualifying patient Registry ID Card. A disabled veteran or first responder may prove their disability by submitting written confirmation from their doctor attesting to their incapacitating medical condition, documentation from the Social Security Disability Office, or documentation confirming they are a one hundred percent (100%) disabled veteran as determined by the U.S. Veterans Affairs Department. To lower the cost of the application and renewal fees, the MDOH may accept donations from private sources.
